Meet Jay Dave
Jay Dave is the Founder and Principal of BeyondCare Consulting. His 20-year career spans organizational leadership, entrepreneurship, and management consulting, including a decade at McKinsey & Company.
Jay has helped leadership teams and boards at early childhood organizations strengthen financial sustainability, improve educator compensation, secure major funding, launch new programs and operating models, and build capacity for growth. He also brings firsthand governance experience as a former preschool board member and treasurer.
Jay chose to focus his work on early childhood because the field is foundational to children’s development, family stability, and parents’ ability to participate in the workforce.
